About
Post Road Permits was founded by Mark Maidique, AIA, a licensed architect with over two decades of residential practice concentrated in Fairfield County and Westchester. Mark is licensed in Connecticut, New York, and Florida, and has been navigating local building departments, zoning boards, and planning commissions along the Gold Coast since the early 2000s.
Before founding his architecture firm Bridger AAD, Mark managed more than $20 million annually in construction for a regional developer — giving him a contractor's perspective on what delays actually cost and why permits matter more than most people appreciate until something goes wrong.
Post Road Permits draws on that combined background: architectural training, construction management experience, and deep familiarity with the specific requirements, personalities, and processes of each municipality we serve. We understand the codes, we know the staff, and we know how to get things done.
